We offer a Fixed Discount from €300,- (excl. shipping cost) on all personalized clothing and textiles.
Discount is given on the basis of your total shopping amount of all items put in your basket/shopping cart and is deducted at the end when you click on “see my basket”.
- Your total shopping amount €300,- or more → Discount 10%.
- Your total shopping amount €1200,- or more → Discount 15%.
- Your total shopping amount €2500,- or more → Discount 20%.
- For larger orders (above €5000,-) → contact us for discount.
Our prices include one logo (embroidery or print) of your choice on all garments such as polo shirts, t-shirt, sweaters, caps, jackets, bags, bathrobes… and other textiles.
You can choose available logotype and placement per item before adding item in your shopping basket.
Included standard logo size is from 30-100cm2 (suitable for most logos or slogans).
Prices are final included one logo embroidery or printing (no additional startup, design or clichè costs).
Need several logos on one garment, very large logo or slogan on the back…? Contact us for help and individual pricing according to your demands.
Most garments and textiles are available with embroidery or print.
However fro best and more exclusive appearance we recommend embroidery of your logo or slogan.
Especially on polo shirts, fleece jackets, towels etc… which are only available with embroidery for long lasting and best results.
Delivery and Sale Terms
Delivery time varies according to order size regarding the quantity of logo embroidery /print but normally between 15-20 workdays after we receive your logo approving for production. Assuming the desired items are in stock.
Faster delivery for urgent orders is possible but must be agreed in advance.
Ordering can easily be done online (fastest) or by email after receiving an offer.
Payment can be made by credit-card through “Stripe” (one of the largest and securest payment processor provider).
Otherwise choose “invoice billing” in your shopping cart before checking out and we`ll send you an invoice. (note, invoice payment by private individuals must be made in advance and invoice payment by businesses normally also in advance or depending on order size upon 14 days assuming company is creditworthy).
After ordering you will always receive a reviewer for approval from us regarding logo design, placement and colors before we start production.
All prices on logotextil.com are stated incl. VAT which applies to all goods/services.
Shipping costs for delivery or returns (if return accepted) are charged to recipient (unless specified “free shipping” on specific goods, offers or promotions).
We ship internationally (mostly throughout Europe) and use national or international post/carriers. All shipments are done with tracking and sign off by recipients upon arrival.
Returns and Cancellation
Our goal is 100% happy customers and every item is inspected for quality before it ships to you. Additionally we contact you before starting production/ customisation of products for design approval.
We provide custom goods and do not accept returns once items are personalized unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
(Also keep in mind the “Distance Selling Regulations Act” does not apply to personalized goods made to consumers specification).
Before ordering it is therefore important you check your order quantity and individual product size information as well as your logo/- personalized information carefully. (note: Always check sizing before ordering as there is no such thing as “a” standard size and we supply brand clothing from different manufacturers who all have their individual size charts/ measurements which are visible on product pages. If in doubt or unsure which size is correct please contact us before ordering.
Please understand we cannot accept requests for cancellation of your order once design process, customisation or production are in progress. This usually happens between 24-48 hours once an order is placed. Logotextil also reserves the right to charge for designing fees, restocking costs, payment processing fees or any other expenses incurred for us between the time an order is placed (payment received) and the cancellation request was received.

In case delivery is delayed from our side due to holiday season, restocking or production delays we will contact you in advance. Understandably we cannot be responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which may affect Logotextil or any of our suppliers and carriers.
