What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges vary according to order size/-weight and you can see shipping costs at checkout before payment.
Our minimum “flat rate” shipping cost is euro 16 and further calculated upwards based on weight.
All delivery must be signed for by receiver and we use national or international postage (signed for) as well as private carrier companies (depending on order size). If you want en exact price (for larger shipments) or use your own contacts/carriers let us know before ordering.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payment can be made by credit-card through “Stripe” (one of the largest and securest payment processor provider).
Otherwise choose “invoice billing” in your shopping cart before checking out and we`ll send you an invoice. (note, invoice payment by private individuals must be made in advance and invoice payment by businesses normally also in advance or depending on order size upon 14 days assuming company is creditworthy).

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time varies according to order size regarding the quantity of logo embroidery /print but normally between 15-20 workdays after we receive your logo approving for production. Assuming the desired items are in stock.
Faster delivery for urgent orders is possible but must be agreed in advance.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Logotextil.com runs on a secure https connection. Additionally we do not store any private payment data which runs through Stripe (payment processor).

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you placed an order we wait until your funds (through credit-card payment or invoice) are cleared/transferred.
Then we start processing your logo request (design and digitizing for embroidery or print) and you will receive an email for approval of design before production and finally shipping is done.
Any problems or questions along the way… we will let you know.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After ordering and payment by credit-card you will receive a receipt from us and “Stripe” (payment card processor provider).
If for any reason you need an additional invoice for you or your company..? Contact us.
